The product is just awful I can’t say anymore. I have given this business more than one opportunity to prove they provide quality, but they do not. For the third time I was identified as having eyes far worse than they are. The script given was so wrong that I could not see properly with the progressive lenses. When this happened the first time they accused me of not giving them time, until that is, I went elsewhere and had my eyes retested to prove them wrong. I then, years later, thought I would try them again, but no, same rubbish and again had them retested elsewhere to prove them wrong. I just don’t care how lovely they are, the product is garbage and the people testing eyes are not good enough. Having spoken to many other people, they too would never choose specsavers because of the poor product. If I could give a minus star, they would get minus 3.

Once again the best hearing place in Perth. The technician is so friendly, helpful, patient and above all very professional as well as very knowledgeable in her field. Top job 14 out of 10. Thank you. Brendan Wehr

I have been a hearing aid user for over 20 years and a client of Andrew Mackendrick of Harmony Hearing since 2016.When looking for a service provider the quality of Testing ,Diagnostics, Solutions and after sales service are what I look for. Andrew and his team at Harmony Hearing tick all the boxes..I have just upgraded my Phonak Audeo aids to the new generation Phonak Paradise P70R to take advantage of changes in technology of sound processing and functionality. I'm amazed at, and very happy with, the clear crisp natural reception under differing conditions, the Bluetooth connectivity to my phone with hands free operation, the phone App and the convenience of the rechargeable batteries.I wear my aids for around 16 hours a day and find them to comfortable and unobtrusive.

I have been coming to Brad Hutchinson hearing in north Perth and midland for the last five or six years. Today been my most recent visit. I have found the whole team working for Brad to be professional, courteous and helpful. Since I started my hearing aid journey I have been able to extend my working life in ICU as I am able to interact and engage with other professional and patients. My wife and I have been seeing Dr Pillai for some time, from when he worked at the Landsdale Medical clinic to the now new Butler Family Practice. We have given up the 5 minute travel time to a 30 Minute travel time to ensure we get the best medical advice possible. Dr Pillai is very thorough and is not afraid to perform minor surgical procedures. He is well experienced in this field and i am thankful he has removed a number of cancers on my face that if they were not removed efficiently I could have been in some trouble in the future. Dr Pillai is the most kind, caring and supportive GP..We are Seniors and its like turning back the clock where the customer comes first. You are never rushed and he is always looking at ways to improve your health and give give you a better quality of life. You may even get a call out of the blue to make sure you are okay, I have never received that sort of service. Also if you are worried about something you can call the surgery and he will call back when he is free.The new modern practice in Butler is worth the drive even if you are not a local. The reception staff are very friendly and always greet you with smile. They have everything you need in the one place, including a kids space, pathology and nurses room. They also currently have a physiotherapist available Mon,Wed and Friday. From experience my wife says he is wonderful and makes you feel at ease, especially us seniors.If you are looking for a new doctor that cares. You won’t be disappointed if you make the change to this new surgery. My wife and I have, and we are very happy with the change

Had a pleasant experience today at an ambulance forum conducted bye Luke from The behaviour collaborative Great work on hosting the event health consumers council resourcing views from think field the timekeepers kept us on track whilst having a great time and along the way however the disabled access to the venue itself was a bit hard as the doorbell was too high also we were not given the guest Wi-Fi password look forward to coming across opportunities like this again thank you to Luke facilitator Health Consumers Contcil organisation in charge of the project and think field the agency responsible for finding participants which were all reimbursed for their time
